This property was equipped very nicely, was clean, and beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10 adults with the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. Communication was great from the host. Water pressure was great and water was hot even with everyone getting ready at once and all showers in use. The property is very close to town and the boardwalk, very walkable, or a very inexpensive Uber ride if it’s a bit too chilly for a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend will return for future trips!

A lovely home for our extended family in the off-season. Clean and tidy and the fireplace was a little wonky, but a nice touch on a chilly, rainy weekend. Easily walkable to DT Rehoboth for dinner. Beds are firm (just the way we like them!) and comfy. Great communication and so close to the beach-just two blocks!

We loved the location. Close to everything-beach, downtown, and coastal highway . . . AND, a quiet tree lined safe area. Accommodations were perfect and the fireplace was a bonus for chilly evenings. Jane was very responsive to our needs and we hope to visit again.

We had 9 adults staying here, and had more than enough space… 5 bathrooms, many decks, and living space. The location is unbeatable - suburban, beautiful, tree lined streets… but only a 10 min walk from the beach. Would stay again!
