Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet avec mon mari et ma fille. Le chalet est beau et bien aménagé, avec une vue superbe sur le lac. L'endroit est relativement calme, ce qui est parfait pour se détendre. Cependant quelques inconvénients. Le système de toilette à combustion dans la chambre du bas fait du bruit pendant la nuit et dégage une odeur de combustion. De plus, bien que le chalet soit très joli, il n'est pas aussi confortable que nous l'aurions imaginé. L'échelle pour accéder à l'étage est très raide, le petit divan est situé presque contre la télévision, et il n'y avait pas de draps sur les lits, seulement une couverture. Malgré ces points négatifs, nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour grâce à l'emplacement et la beauté du chalet.

I stayed at Black Bear for two nights with my 10 & 14 year olds and our Golden Retriever. We absolutely loved our time there. The cabin was spotless and even nicer in person. We loved walking out the door and straight out to the beach (our dog was a huge fan). The internet was strong (I presented a deck on a Teams meeting with zero issues). Thanks to Josh’s helpful preparation and check in instructions, our trip went super smooth. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Our stay at Josh's cabin was absolutely incredible!!! He was an amazing host and accommodated some last minute shuffling around to a different more enjoyable space given the time of year and high water levels (really appreciated that). Even with not so great weather, we still had the most wonderful time, and the cabin is absolutely gorgeous inside (stunning architecture, well designed with thoughtful decor, simple and perfect)! It's really a show stopper when you walk inside... He's really done a fantastic job at building a cozy little space to enjoy a home away from home. It was too cold to enjoy the water, but we made sure the make the most of it by cooking outside on the bbq and taking a walk with the dogs around the area. The walk to the store is super short so if you've forgotten anything, they've got you covered. I would definitely stay again, even coming back with a group of family/friends, renting out all 3 of the cabins would be a lot of fun! This place was 10/10 for me! :)

We loved staying at the Cabin. It was very clean, exactly as described and peaceful. The indoor fireplace and the outdoor bbq worked well. Internet pretty fast too! Joshua responded quickly and was super helpful with helping us checking in and finding everything. 10/10, would definitely come again.
