Beautiful view of Commanda Lake! The cabin was very clean and well looked after. The weather was very cold when we visited but there is a wood stove and heaters in the cabin to keep you warm. There are numerous places in Restoule to buy fire wood! The Hosts did a great job giving us all the information needed for us to enjoy our stay! Beautiful sand beach and dock area to enjoy. Fishing was slow the weekend we stayed but we got a couple off the dock and a few out on the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Imagine sitting by a warm wood burning stove, drinking whiskey or a Pink Whitney overlooking Commanda Lake. This is a clean, straight to the point cottage by the water. The location is serene, the air quality is awesome, the stars looked like salt sprinkled over a black cloth, the lake is clean and not too cold to swim in (all though I was the only one who swam), the walk around the area was relaxing and can be a great workout (to burn off all the food that we ate). The price is fair and Lisa responds ULTRA quick. Be aware to bring a water container with you as you will need to gather drinking and dish washing water from the local spring (about a 3 to 5 minute car ride from the cottage). Yes, we drank water from the spring and it was awesome! The water coming out of the tap is from the lake. So do not make a bowl of spicy ramen using the tap water like we did (right Mina!). You will also need to bring lot's of wood to enjoy (thanks to Rhona and Chad for the abundance of firewood). It was a relaxing time especially when you are with loved ones. Thanks to Rhica, Mina, Rhona, Chad for the great company (can't wait for our next trip. Hopefully Rhea comes next time. I will definitely recommend and stay again. Safe travels to all.

Fantastic location. Beach and view from deck is second to none. Cottage has modern upgrades (patio furniture, sectional sofa, HDTV, stove, microwave, etc). Respect the shared driveway and be prepared for steep entrance. Great communication with host, Lisa. Hope to return someday.
