we stayed for one night on our way from Pittsburgh to Cayuga park - the house was very cozy and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the back yard is lovely. The only minor thing is that the wifi does not connect smoothly - but other than that would definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed an out of town trip near Amish country and found this home was ideal for our needs. It was big enough to accommodate our group of 12 with plenty of space to have some privacy. The space was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the massive & cozy seating area around the gas fireplace, the kitchen with so much space - my husband tried his best to complete a 1000 piece puzzle before bed - and the bedrooms perfectly suited to our sleeping needs. It was so quiet and private. We were given very clear instructions ahead of time. We loved the space and would love to do a mom's retreat there sometime.

Wonderful host and very responsive and accommodating. Even though it’s “just” the basement of a house, it can definitely accommodate a very large group of family or friends.
