This was a fantastic stay. The house was just right, extremely clean, modern in feel, every amenity, and everything worked exactly as advertised (not always a given!). The house is part of a quiet, gated community separate from surrounding communities. Private fenced backyard and side yard. Tastefully landscaped front and back. Weekly trash can removal and replacement, and gardening services included. Clarissa and her team were fantastic hosts. They took care of literally everything from start to finish, and always incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved renting from Clarissa! We felt at home here right away, and highly recommend this cozy, tasteful, quiet, well-appointed house for a short OR long term stay (ours was a longer term stay and it was a pleasure to be there every day). We would definitely rent at this location, and from Clarissa, again. Thank you!
