We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this lovely property in the charming village of Lympstone. Our host was so kind and helpful during the booking process, and gave great directions for a smooth check in. The apartment is immaculate, spacious and comfortably furnished. It is a very short walk to the local pubs, gallery and train station. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to self-cater. We did this some days and also ate out at The Swan Inn which we would recommend. The apartment gets lots of sunlight throughout the day, and the view across to the old chuch is beautiful. We were celebrating a family occasion and were absolutely blown away by the kind personal note and surprise bottle of fizz from Soph. The village is so well served by train links that we didn’t need a car, but there’s a dedicated parking space if you do. This is a little peaceful haven. I highly recommend it.

A delightful cottage style but modern house. Spotlessly clean and uncluttered. A well equipped kitchen and very efficient heating. Excellent beds and bathroom too. A nice position on the end of a row overlooking the old village and church. Parking at the back was very handy. Short walk to the village of Lympstone and great spot to explore the Exe Estuary.
