Our cozy guesthouse is fully self-contained, having a kitchenette, spacious lounge area and master bedroom with an ensuite. There's a patio area just outside the master bedroom, perfect for meals on sunny days. We are a close drive to Brisbane City and other must-visit sites around the south of Brisbane. We are a 7 minute drive to upper Mount Gravatt shopping mall. There is easy access to street parking just outside the guesthouse. Therefore, accomodation is suitable for 3 people. The Kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster and kettle. There is a Microwave, Air Fryer and a Fridge/Freezer. There is desk and chair in the master bedroom perfect for doing office work with your PC. WiFi is fast and free. There are three of us living in the adjacent house and we are always careful to keep our noise to a minimum.
