Welcome to our Airbnb situated a stone's throw away from both Westbrook Beach and Margate Station. Vibrant Margate Old Town is only a 15 minute walk away; our cosy apartment offers the perfect blend of proximity to lively attractions and tranquil seclusion. Please note, we are currently updating the decor of the flat and therefore there may be some decor differences! The Little Place By The Sea consists of: - Underfloor heating throughout, smart thermostats for individual room temperature control - Beautiful open plan living room with Smart TV (Netflix/BBC iplayer etc) and aerial connection. - Comfortable double sofa bed located in living room. - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including Nespresso machine - Bathroom with powerful shower, sink and toilet - Master bedroom with King size bed - First come, first served free on-street parking available - Strong Wi-fi and 5G connection throughout - Travel cot available free of charge on request

Beautiful apartment, really comfortable, lovely decor, good layout, beautiful kitchen. Fantastic location so close to Margate! Lovely shower and bathroom! Jessica and Max were really communicative and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay❤️

A great stay, super close to Margate station for a flying weekend visit. The flat had everything you could have needed, including a range of glasses, a coffee machine and cooking utensils, not to mention a fully stocked coffee machine. It was beautifully clean and we loved the decoration. Would highly recommend this place, will stay here again.

We spent a lovely three days in the little flat by the sea. The flat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We felt it was great value for money. Location wise it was very close to the train station and the beach, with the old town a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

The flat is located only a 5min walk from Margate station and a 2 min walk from Westbrook Beach. Easily located on foot is a Tesco Express and a range of takeaways/cafes.
A 15min walk or few mins drive will bring you into Margate, the home of Dreamland.
Margate has a range of different bars and eateries, you'll be spoilt for choice! It's also got a great art and music scene, with lots of independent shops dotted about.
