The location was very nice a peaceful, had a great outdoor patio to hang out on, plenty of space for our group, and the host made directions clear while also providing great information about the area. Was about a 15-20 minute drive to Broadway (with traffic), so not terrible. It was clear that the space was renovated and was done well. The bathrooms were beautiful and the bedrooms comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows provided. Beautiful kitchen, and drink glasses provided. Overall a great stay for our bachelorette group.

It was very clean and she left us a little gift for booking with her that was very nice. Definitely meet all expectations with the place would book again.

This house was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. Fit 6 of us girls comfortably. The patio and fire pit were great for s’mores!

We stayed here for a friend’s bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect place for our group of 7! Arie was also extremely friendly and super responsive, she even gave us recommendations of local places to check out and nearby stores! If I have another big group going to Nashville this will be one of the first places I look to stay!

This was located in a great area, easily accessible to Broadway. The space very private/peaceful even though the host lives above. The host was very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would love to stay here again!!
