This property is located in a very quiet small neighborhood less than 3 minutes from the town of Kilmarnock. It has a beautiful peaceful view of the creek where ducks, geese, and other wildlife are abundant. The house is well appointed and very clean. There is a private dock with the property. Drive up the hill into Kilmarnock and park behind the Kilmarnock Inn. From there the quaint town is very walkable. Lees Restaurant is a classic for breakfast. Chao Phraya is a nice Thai place across the street from Lees. There are multiple stores and shops to explore including a wine shop, jewelry stores, clothing, and gift stores....all walkable and only a 3 minute drive and park from the house. Short drive to Good Luck Winery and Irvington or Whitestone for other dining and shopping options. With this property, I found my go-to for Kilmarnock stays. Great stay. Not a lot to do around the local area especially after 5pm but beautiful location and views.

We had a short stay but this place was perfect! It was super close to downtown and offered plenty of space for my family.

Wow! Nicky’s place is beautiful, clean, in a beautiful and peaceful location, and on top of all that, Nicky’s responsiveness and dedication to make us feel at home and taken care of during our stay made it even better! We had a great time, slept amazingly in the comfy beds, enjoyed our shows in the different TVs on the place and the outdoors were peaceful and beautiful. 100% be back and will recommend to family and friends. 👏❤️ thank you Nicky!
