We enjoyed our stay at Eric’s property so much! The home was exactly as pictured - actually better! The views from the covered patio were beautiful. We enjoyed sipping coffee, looking at the water and then quiet evenings after the sun went down. The home was spacious and had everything we needed and things we didn’t realize we needed. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a great size. The entire home was spotless upon our arrival. We loved that there were extra trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher packs because we forgot those items. Our teens enjoyed the access to the kayaks and loved swimming in the lake. They also enjoyed the putting green. We had plenty of room to park and no issues getting into the home upon our arrival. Eric was very responsive to messages before, during, and after our stay. We look forward to coming back next summer!

We took 5 Seniors in High School for their senior class trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas and stayed in this awesome AirBnB. The kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake and enjoying the hot tub in the evening. I personally enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend this house as it was comfortable and had lots to do in a great location.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. Everything we could need was supplied.We enjoyed the patio and the rooms were very nicely decorated. We will be booking another getaway here soon. Thanks so much Eric.

Eric was a great host! This place was perfect for a quick restful and fun family getaway! We loved the covered porch and open floor plan!
