Loved my stay at this Airbnb. Hosts were very detailed in their information getting to their place and around. I very much appreciated the Google maps link. Made it sooo much easier. Lots of great places to eat and drink around. Loved the canal out the window. Made the Venice experience so much more authentic. Would stay here again.

The place is very central to main attractions (5min walk to Rialto and 10min walk to Piazza san marco) but a little bit far away from the train/bus station. It is situated near the canals so you will experience that as well. Nicola (the host) was very helpful and super friendly and responsive. The room is spacious and enough for a short stay for 2 people. There is also a shared kitchenette outside the bedroom. The terrace is magnificent to consume breakfast on the canal. The only drawback was that boats continue to operate late at night and you can hear loud engines passing from the canal while you try to sleep however this was not an issue for us. All in all the experience and the place was amazing and highly recommend renting this place if you plan to visit venice.

Beautiful room right in the center of Venice - location was PERFECT! We had a fab time, easy to get in, really comfy bed, hot shower and spacious room. The kitchen had everything you could need and communication with Nicola was really easy - they even upgraded us last minute! Only thing as you're on the canal, which was cool to see, but a little noisy first thing.
