Great room well worth the money

This was a beautiful apartment! We rented two apartments side-by-side for three adults. Although we stayed over the holidays visiting our I'll family member, this place allowed us to decompress in a private and relaxing environment. It was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Both apartments provided a really unique environment with high ceilings and brick walls from the renovation. We were within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and bars in downtown Youngstown. The only thing to mention is the nightclub/bar across the street which was pretty loud until the early morning hours playing loud music (no fault of the owners!!). We turned on a noise machine to sleep which helped. Again, we stayed the night before Thanksgiving which is one of the biggest social gatherings of the year so it is to be expected. Otherwise, I would stay here again given the great location and atmosphere.

This Airbnb studio was just what I needed when I rolled into Ohio from a Texas for a new job. It was very clean and comfortable with cozy exposed brick walls and tasteful decor. It has a functional & wonderful little kitchenette outfitted with a full sized fridge and stove to store food, so that I was able to cook up my own meals! Also, a sweet little tea kettle was useful for my morning teas, not to mention there was enough space to practice yoga in the sunshine by the big windows. The television was enormous and centered perfectly on the wall across from the bed, and was a relaxing feature to unwind with in the evening. Also, the washer and dryer in the studio was fantastic and much appreciated.

John’s place was very clean, had good amenities, and check in was a breeze. My only complaint was the fact that the walls are very thin, so you can hear the conversations, food steps, etc., of people above, beside, and below you. One of the other tenants must have been blasting music all day Friday. Was impossible to focus. In addition there is a club open right across from the Airbnb which is very loud and open until 2:30AM Thurs. - Sat. With the windows having no sound proofing qualities, it was difficult to sleep. I am a heavy sleeper, but need a quiet environment to go to sleep so I ended up actually sleeping in my car on one of the nights.
