Ruth's place was a perfect Oasis for us during our visit to Florida. The pool was very relaxing and the amenities were just what we were looking for.

This home was exactly as pictured. Clean, open & cozy. The beds were very comfortable! The linens were nice and soft. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. Morning coffee on the patio was my personal favorite. Then top off the day with a nice evening dip in the pool. My family and I loved our stay here.

Ruth and the place was good but we rented to have a nice pool day and at 8pm we get a call from owner that we were to loud and we had to come inside. We had 3 people in the pool just talking no party or anything like that.

Ruth's place was perfect! Super clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very peaceful and relaxing. Great neighborhood for morning walks. The pool was great! Super close to necessities like publix, starbucks, etc. A quick 25 min ride to siesta key beach and siesta key village. St. Armand's circle in close proximity as well. Tons of great restaurants around. Book this place, you won't regret it!

Ruth was a wonderful host for my family vacation. Her home was inviting and comfortable to stay at making the entire family look forward to returning after our daily activities. Ruth was flexible and understanding with our travel and was responsive for all questions I brought up. The property is quiet, has a great pool, and comfortable family room. The kitchen was setup well and had everything we needed for meals. Home WiFi worked well for our phones and also for the Internet tv streaming apps. I strongly recommend staying at this property.
