This newly remodeled unit with new cabinets, tile flooring, full kitchen is equipped with 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, closet space, along with a queen air mattress, perfect for your family vacation. Bottom, Ground floor, family friendly, wheel chair accessible. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant's and shopping center. *Please note The AC unit in each room is set on a 6 hour timer to help conserve energy. This means that it automatically turns off after 6 hours of continuous use. Being Part of the Banyan Harbor Resorts, they have implemented this timer as part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. Jen’s place was amazing! Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping! The pool was great and had a pretty view! Place was very clean as well! And most importantly Jen was an awesome host! Couldn’t recommend it enough!
I highly recommend Jen's place for your Kauai vacation. We loved being close to the airport (but never heard airplanes), Costco, Walmart, etc. Also walking distance to good restaurants and Kalapaki Beach, where our son rented a surf board and surfed. It was very clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved the two full bathrooms. We appreciated all of the beach gear; 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 folding camp chairs, 2 beach mats, 1 boogie board. Plus some pool toys (noodles, etc). There's a number of coolers to choose from and ice packs in the freezer. Also sunscreen and bug spray there if you forgot some. We have stayed in Princeville and Poipu before, but liked how this was more central for exploring the island. Jen was very responsive and helpful. Great place!

Located in the central of Lihue. Enjoy beach activities at nearby Kalapaki Bay or relax at the resort's salt water heated pool, over looking the ocean. Enjoy the afternoon sunsets from one of two private lanais. If you prefer to dine out, take a nice stroll to one of many nearby restaurants; Dukes Canoe Club with spectacular ocean-views, Kukui's Restaurant at the Kauai Marriott or JJ's Broiler. A short 2 miles (drive) to the Lihue Airport or Kukui Grove Shopping Center, Costco, you have everything you need. This spacious and family friendly condo is perfect for those looking to adventure around Kaua'i.
