总体不错，房东Nice，环境好，总体安静，我们非常喜欢。但是也希望把真实的感受分享一下：美中不足一楼马路边卧室挨着马路有点吵。床品稍微有点灰尘的味道，洗衣机烘干机很大，建议自己入住后先洗一下。总之，不影响入住，推荐大家。

Buscaba un lugar tranquilo, cerca del mar y para poder caminar por las mañanas y tardes. Justo lo que esperaba Localización perfecta. El lugar muy bonito muy cómodo y con todos los detalles !! Los accesorios muy buenos y prácticos Precioso departamento !! Súper cómodo. Estuvimos 6 personas alojadas y todos disfrutamos muchísimo del lugar Lugar súper recomendable !! El Host muy accesible para cualquier requerimiento o pregunta

The location to the beach was great. You can hear traffic on PCH, but it wasn't disruptive. The property manager was responsive and had a welcome treat for us. It was roomy enough. However, we had some challenges. Water pooled inside the entry from one stormy morning. Luckily, no one slipped and fell, like my 74 year old mother in law or my young children. When I reported it, the manager said they were aware of this problem. It was negligent that the problem was not fixed before renting it out and no warning was given. We were asked us to take some towels to soak up the water. The front door itself was also flimsy and didn't work with the locking mechanism without exerting extra force. Heating and ventilation was also challenging as the heater didn't work, and there were also no fans in any of the bathrooms. Since the neighbors are right on top of you, you can't shower with the windows open. Also the pack was available, but it was dirty and ripped. And the mattress didn't coordinate.

Great place to stay within walking distance to the beach. Space and decor was well suited for our family of 8. Would definitely consider staying here again while visiting Newport. Also, great welcome gift from the manager!!! Thanks!!

We had the best time at this house! It was steps from the beach and had everything we needed. David and Natalie were so kind and communicated everything we needed to know well before we arrived.
