Brenda’s place was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a lovely part of Hopkins. South of the main village in a quiet resort area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the beautiful rooftop palapa. It’s a short walk to the beach and Big Dock, which we really enjoyed. We rented a car and it’s a 30 minute drive to Cockscomb and Bocowina. Would absolutely recommend.

Tio’s Treehouse was a perfect home base for our family. The palapa was a highlight. Everything was clean and tidy and we had all the supplies we needed to cook meals. We loved Hopkins for its pace, kind community, and proximity to great hikes and sights. We couldn’t have asked for more!

What a beautiful location. Exactly what we needed for our trip to Hopkins. Both host and property manager so helpful and great communication. The house was great. The views spectacular! Would highly recommend a stay at Tio's treehouse! Will be looking into it again on future visits

The house was very clean, and quiet. There was some construction going on around us, but it was never a bother. We had a pleasant experience at Tio's Treehouse and the owner Brenda was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We are already planning another stay.

Wow! What a fabulous place! Brenda's was super clean and sweet and really spacious! We had everything we needed and if we did need anything Janette was just down the street and would help us. We especially loved the open air living and the screened in porch that I could open my bedroom to in the evening and sleep in fresh ocean air breezes and the gentle sound of the Caribbean sea. And a wonderful palapa on the roof that gave us a panoramic view. There is a washer and dryer and clothes line for wet towels and bathing suits. We cooked a lot and there was a nice big kitchen that made it very convenient and affordable. We could walk across the street to the beach and walk to restaurants. We did rent a golf cart to go into the village for groceries and for excursions. We had such a great relaxing time at Brenda's place We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!
