This Stunning home offers 5 bedroom and 3 full bath. Sleeps 14 People 3 full bedrooms, 2 full baths in the Main Home 2 full Bedroom, 1 full bath in the Casita We rent as one whole home not individually. Perfect Place for 2-3 Families. Also offers a stunning back yard that includes swimming pool, Spa, Outdoor Play Area(Mini Golf, Ping Pong and Corn Hole) with outdoor bbq. In the Casita we have a foosball Table and 2 arcade games. Perfect home base for a group who want the full Southern California experience: Disneyland (1 hour and 15-minute drive), Sea World (45-minute drive), Legoland (20 minutes), San Diego Zoo Safari Park (30 minutes), and of course... the beach!!! Very close to downtown vista with great breweries, dining and restaurants. Our favorite beaches are Oceanside Harbor, Tamarack, Moonlight, Swamis, and Cardiff Reef. MAIN HOME Sleeps 8 Guests Bedroom #1: Master bedroom that features King Size bed, with Smart TV. Sleeps 2. Bath #1: Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower (no tub). Attached to master bedroom Bedroom #2: King Bed. Sleeps 2. Bedroom #3: 2 Twin/Twin bunkbeds with 2 twin trundles with Smart TV. Sleeps 6 Bath #2 Full Bathroom, with Tub/Shower combo.Located in the hallway. Casita: Sleeps 6 Guests Bedroom #1: King Size bed, with Smart TV. Sleeps 2. Bedroom #2 Two full Size beds. Sleeps 4 Bath #1 Full Bathroom, with Shower. Located in the Living Room Area Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take in the beauty of the mountains. - Take a dip in the swimming pool or Hot Tub. - Play a game of ping pong, mini golf or corn hole. Great spot for a bigger family. Having the separate casita is very nice for another family. Need to keep in mind you’re not in San Diego, you’re in Vista. Downtown is about 45 mins away but Oceanside and Carlsbad are only 15-20 mins away. Overall very nice place!
The place had a big property, the living in the main home living room was a bit small than expected, but it was still spacious. Nice and peaceful.
We had a great time at Zeina and Mo’s Oasis retreat. Things that were awesome; - The decor - the privacy (can’t see a single neighbor on either side, plus views out over the hills = felt like our own private resort) - the heated pool (for an additional cost but worth it!) - location was super close to historic downtown Vista ( we loved Meches taco truck - 3 fish tacos for $10 and 2 mins from the Airbnb plus right across the street from a brewery) plus 20 mins to Legoland Things that would have made it even better (all of which I shared with the hosts): - screen doors to the pool would be great to keep the little ones in and the breezes flowing - filtered water. Be sure to buy some when you do your grocery run. The tap water is just ok. - cotton sheets (polyester doesn’t breathe very well) - more dresser/clothes storage esp for longer stays Overall we had a great time. The bed to price point is a good value - 9 beds and 5 bedrooms! We were 2 families but easily could have slept 3.
The place was great and we had a good time. The neighbor is pesky and was bothersome as he thinks even talking and laughing is a problem. We handled it and it went well.
This was nice place for us. Close enough to the beaches without the beach house prices. Spacious and plenty of beds. Our host responded to any messaging within minutes. Already have recommended it to friends and family.
