Fantastic new property overlooking the bay and its wildlife. The balcony off the master peers right down into a wetland area where birds, turtles, and fish are going about their day. The home is located on a quiet private street - not accessible to anything without a car, but that was fine with us. We enjoyed the seclusion. Be aware that at the time of this review, other homes in the neighborhood are under construction every day. The house was immaculate, matching all the pictures. We had no issues with our stay at all. Two fireplaces (in the living room and in the outdoor enclosed balcony) were a really nice touch in January. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay; we had a fantastic experience with them. This is a great place for a group of people that wants a bit of solitude / separation while still being close to the beach, or for anyone who enjoys being near nature.

Great location, nice house, convenient to near areas, but lots of little things that needed fixing….missing linen, missing toilet rolls, missing soap/shampoo, etc etc. All this needed several calls, texts, messages to fix. This should not happen.

Great place to stay at, nice and quiet but still only a 7 minute drive to the beach. Or you can even walk there if you are up to it. The house was really nice and clean enjoyed the sunsets from out balconies. Overall a really good place to stay at on vacation with family.

Great place! Not walkable to the beach but it’s 2 min ride. Highly recommend the place.
