The internal hallway leads to the twin sink bathroom, with shower over bath. Continuing beyond, the open plan living, kitchen, dining area offers sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs with wall mounted freeview tv. French doors open out onto the balcony with uninterrupted views towards Cross Fell and the northern pennines. The light airy upstairs bedroom, with it’s double bed , wall mounted freeview tv and built in wardrobe, is ideal for unwinding after a busy day exploring lakeland. Twin USB electrical sockets are available throughout to enhance guest convenience.

easy access, clean tidy and well equipped, beautiful location use of spa was amazing after long days walking, only 10 mins to ullswater lake, would definitely stay again
We had a really lovely stay, the room was really well equipped with everything we could need for our stay! The bed was comfortable and we slept very well after exploring the local lakes. The pool and gym were not overcrowded and we managed to have the pool to ourselves most of the time. Would 10/10 recommend and love to stay again! Thanks Jerry!
Jerry is a friendly guy and has very quick and polite communications, making the entire experience low stress right from start to finish. The place is warm and cosy, clean and bright. Juat come back from staying here this week. Excellent location. The apartment is very clean and cosy. The views are amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Great to have the swimming pool and gym in the same building. The bar and restaurant is very nice. Staff are really friendly. Jerry was quick to respond to any queries we had. Really enjoyed our stay.
Great place to stay, lovely staff and very clean accommodation. Location is very convenient for drives into the lakes, the perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be staying again in the future.

Only 1 mile from the eastern boundary of the Lake District National Park, with easy access to some of the Lake District’s most renowned lakes, mountains and national cycle network, Bowscale Suite is ideally located for exploring all that this world heritage site has to offer.
Derwentwater and Ullswater are just 2 of the lakes within a 20 minute drive, along with iconic Blencathra, one of the area’s most imposing mountains.
Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with the nearby bustling market towns of Keswick and Penrith offering a wide variety of excellent pubs and restaurants. For those wishing to dine on site, Whitbarrow Village offers guests the opportunity to eat and drink in it’s own bar and restaurant, without having to leave the building!
Located just 15 minutes from J40 of the M6, Whitbarrow Village is easily accessed from the A66. Penrith enjoys excellent public transport links, including a main line rail service to London.
Keswick is a similar short drive with regular bus services.
