Host communication was great. The place has stunning views and It is perfect for families. Location is great close to many restaurants. The resort style pool was amazing!!!!! I highly recommend this home for your Puerto Rico vacation.

We absolutely loved staying here. Our entire family was comfortable and it was so great to have the option to use the kitchen instead of going out. Beautiful views, so close to the beach we love, it was perfect.

Pros: wow - the view!! It’s a gorgeous view from the back balcony. The host communicated great and was very responsive to anything we needed. The washer/dryer worked very well as did the A/C. We also used the grill twice so we could have dinner at the house and watch the sunset over the ocean. We liked being outside of San Juan and closer to the activities we planned on during our stay (Rainforest Hike and BioBay is a must!!) Cons: the lower level has 3 bedrooms that are not connected. While the entrance does have a lock/code, this was not made clear during booking and was not ideal for us as we traveled with another family with 4 kids total (ages 9-14). These are more like studio apartments. Just be aware depending on the ages traveling with you. The lower-level rooms also did not have doors to the bathrooms in each room. It just lacks some privacy in each room. Overall, we had a great time! The property was close to many restaurants, groceries, and activities.

Overall we had a good time. The hosts and maintenance were very welcoming and responsive. The home is up an extremely steep hill so it takes some getting used to. The AC unit in the main area was leaking and the room below had an overwhelmingly strong smell of mold. The hosts brought something to try to mask the smell but that didn’t truly solve the problem. There was also an issue with the doorknob of one of the rooms that maintenance never came back to fix. The person staying in that room left early tho so it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the balcony is beautiful. There’s a lot of eateries nearby. The pool isn’t too far from the house and it was nice to relax next to. The grill is propane and works well. The beds are comfortable and the water in the shower gets really hot which was nice. Just know, if most of your outings are closer to San Juan, you’ll be pressed for time. Traffic gets bad out there and it can take twice as long to get somewhere

Very nice house that accommodates plenty of people it’s like two houses in one with impeccable views enough sitting in and outside the house. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed and more only thing was missing was the fact the pool was down the hill at there other villa it rained a lot randomly so we didn’t even get to enjoy the pool but overall we enjoyed it the beds was comfortable
