Pros: Ali was always very reachable, friendly and prompt. The location provided great access to travel near and far from the home. While there is some road noise from I75, I was not too bad. The pool area was really nice. Bathrooms, drinking fountain and covered areas plus shade. Master bed was comfortable and we slept well. Cons: The place is minimally furnished. We found this frustrating, especially since it was a long stay. The kitchen really needs an overhaul for guests that wish to cook and eat in often. Dishware, glassware, utensils, seemed to have been pieced together just to fill the cabinets. We had to purchase many basic items; measuring cups/spoons can opener. The toaster...skip it. Overall, we did enjoy our stay in Ali's place and he is one of the best hosts I have dealt with to date. With some thoughtful purchases it would have transformed our experience. We did see an earlier review indicating it was minimalist in nature; we found that to be true.

Ali’s place was very wonderful. Everything we needed was already provided for us. This place is spacious, clean, and had great appliances. The location is convenient to many beaches and stores. Thanks so much for sharing your place. Ali is extremely helpful and a great communicator—a great host.

We stayed for 4 nights and made ourselves at home. The townhome is nicely minimalistic with the furnishings and in a convenient location to I-75. I was a bit surprised that there were no ceiling fans in the house.
