We had a lovely stay in Modbury, Jane recommended local beaches that were perfect for us. The accommodation was very clean and tidy with everything that we needed. It is very easy to find and set in a quiet area off of the main road. Loads of parking on the main road. We would go back

A great little bolthole in Modbury. Central location, easy to find and the perfect location a 2-min walk to the Modbury Inn in our opinion the best pub in town. We found Jane the host be very friendly and extremely easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de cottage. Deze is zeer compleet ingericht en comfortabel. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor de kust en Dartmoor.
