I had a wonderful, private and peaceful stay. Visited relatives nearby and the location was great. It was spotless! Linens and towels soft and cozy. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful and functional. Will be back!!

We had the most wonderful stay! We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect option for our little family. The property is beautiful and our kids had a great time playing outside. The house was so clean and cozy and Beverly had fresh flowers and homemade cookies that were a big hit! They were so welcoming as well and made us feel like family. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This was a beautiful place, very underpriced. The property had 40 acres of beautiful Texas countryside to wander. Randy has built a 9 hole pasture golf course that is a real kick. I brought my one golf club, a six iron my father-in-law gave me, and had fun trying a few holes. A real golf fan would probably love this aspect. We also just walked around the place. There are benches around the course, and a beautiful creek with clear water. One morning I surprised a roadrunner prowling the back property. The bungalow itself is wonderfully decorated and comfortably furnished with a bed long enough for my 6'6" frame. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Beverly surprised us with a very nice welcome package of treats. We came here to stay a few days before the 2024 eclipse, and it was a fantastic trip including a clear view of the eclipse in Paris.

We loved our stay at the bungalow! It was a peaceful retreat, beautiful property, comfortable accommodations. I am so happy we found a great place near family and off the beaten path!
