The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. There's a twin air mattress in the closet of the bedroom in the lower level that can be used for a child to sleep in this room, if need be. In the lower level living room there's two double futons that accommodates an additional four people. There's also a large couch that can comfortably sleep one person. Enjoy the outdoors in the large, fully fenced and private yard equipped with a barbecue, fire pit, eating and lounging area plus a kids play section.
