Lovely place! Very close to the beach you really don't even need the golf cart but its very convenient. Very spacious and overall very clean. Didn't have any extra blankets, but they were very fast to bring and anything else we needed. Would recommend and definitely will be booking here again.

Overall we had a great stay. Everything was in well kept condition. Good location, everything clean, good toiletry items wrapped in a box. Golf cart was a plus. They had issue with the main fridge so they had backup in place for us when we got there. Someone was going to be out there to clean the upholstery which they came and finished. Everything was communicated well regarding these matters. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is the previous guest had trashed left over which was not removed. Again we communicated back and forth for it to be picked up but someone eventually came the day before checkout to pick it up on our 3 day trip. The downside was that because of the trash we could not really enjoy the barbecue grill or utilize that area because of the smell and flies. But overall very happy with the facility. Still recommend to anyone looking for place around miramar/destin area.

This place has every potential to be great. HOWEVER! There were issues that they had known about prior to our arrival that we were not informed about && they did not have fixed. There was/is a busted pipe on the second floor under the bathtub. It leaked all over the kitchen anytime showers were taken and their solution to us was to just not use it. Well we picked this place for the spaciousness of it. We had multiple adults & several children. This was the only bathtub! So EXTREMELY inconvenient! Also the refrigerator was not cooling any of the groceries we had just bought for the first couple days. Again these issues they had known about, because they had a spare refrigerator but the door did not latch so again the same issue, food not staying cold. Ultimately this space needs some maintenance work done before anyone should be staying in it.

Everything was wonderful. The house was just as described with great location within walking distance to the beach and a golf cart to utilize to get around the area as well. Kitchen had all accessories as well as utensils for the grill. Callista was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had during the stay. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.
