Kia ora! Originally from Canada, we had been living for many years in Sydney, Australia. We discovered Lumsden on a Christmas vacation about 15 years ago and have been holidaying here ever since. More than a year ago, we decided to retire from our busy lives and relocate to this gorgeous place and are now lucky enough to call this beautiful town of Lumsden home. We hope your visit to this wonderful part of the South Island is special for you and we look forward to hosting you in our historic hotel as you experience all that Lumsden and surrounds have to offer.
