The surrounding is great, we can hear the waves from the cottage. Getting to the cottage itself is quite the sport - lots of stairs (not suitable for older people). My family is quite the "clean & neat freak" so my first impression about the place was not so good. There was no basic cleaning amenities like tissue, broom, or mop. Showerhead is not working, and the water pressure is very small. Electricity current is unstable - expect your lights to go dim and back normal back and forth all day. There was ants, spiders, and cockroach during our stay (maybe expected since we're close to the woods). As expected from a beach cottage, it's very hot all day - but at night, you can open the windows. The bed on the 2nd floor was not very clean - we're not very comfortable about it. Lastly, the wi-fi is very limited, slow, and mostly unusable. But despite all, the beaches around are so beautiful, the foods in restaurants nearby are fantastic and affordable, and the co-host is very helpful.

Fairly a nice cottage with a wonderful view for a long stay. Some fixes like a clean bathroom, roof leakages, loose door handles, a good wifi signal and a small refrigerator would be appreciated. The butler who is responsible for the cottage is really helpful and is available on mobile. The big drawback is the unavailabilty of small or big supermarket nearby. For future guests an advice from my side - pack all the essentials before moving. Wrt to food stuff you can also ask the butler to buy and bring directly to the cottage, incase you have issues with the seafood, as it's the only available menu there.

Nice clean cottage. The door was quite difficult but the grounds keeper is very helpful and resolved all issues that arose. It is good to know that there are many stairs up to the entrance, so if you are bringing a lot of baggage be prepared to carry it. But overall we were satisfied with our stay.
