The cottage was fantastic, even better than the photos in the ad. We loved the William Morris theme inside. Jo, the host was very helpful and nice. Location is great as you have everything in 3-5 minutes walking distance. We had great few days in Hastings.

I've just returned from a lovely long weekend at Jo's beautiful cottage, and have already booked to go back soon. Everything was better than described - much more spacious than I had expected, spotless and in immaculate condition. It felt so cosy and warm but still plenty of space. It is beautifully decorated and very well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed is so comfortable, I slept better than at home! The courtyard is really pretty and very well-maintained, and I can imagine comes into its own in the warm weather. Jo was super helpful and friendly, sending details of parking etc. in advance, and was very flexible around checkout, which was much appreciated. The treats were very kind and thoughtful - all in all, a very warm welcome and great communication. The cottage is in a fantastic location - with lovely restaurants, shops and cafes only minutes away, and very close to the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks, Jo!

Lovely cottage, perfect for two people. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Close to cafes and restaurants and the sea front.

Tastefully decorated cottage, everything was clean, bed was very comfortable. Small cosy cottage ideal for a couple, but everything you needed was there for your stay, kitchen was well equipped if you prefer eating at home. Excellent restaurants and take-aways were within walking distance if you prefer eating out. The communication from Jo the host was first class, promptly answering all questions and offering advice about the area. I would recommend whole heartedly.
