After having stayed at a different condo in the same complex last year with a different management agency I was disappointed with the amenities this agency offered. We had the bare basics for towels. No extra pillows and when we left the dirty towels to be replaced (after using them for 3 days) they didn’t replenish all of them. And some of the replacement towels were dirty! There was barely enough soap and shampoo. And no lotion. No tissue. The shower in the 2nd bathroom didn’t drain properly. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The beds were VERY hard. I love this condominium complex because of the privacy and close proximity to 5th Ave. But when we go back next year we will not choose a condo managed by Caribbean Beach Properties

Very good location, but hot water did not work our first night. Was told they will compensate me for the inconvenience but did not say how much. Also, they had maintenance work the next day and no water or electricity for 3 hours. Overall, location is amazing and stay was pleasant.

We just got back from a weeks stay at this condo. The condo is clean and in good shape and is situated right on the beach. Harder to find a prettier spot. Its proximity to fifth Avenue can’t be beat. You are less than five minutes by foot from the south end of fifth Avenue and the ferry dock. Any tours that we did had pick up spots that were also within a five minute walk. The kitchen had a good selection of cookware but basic spices like salt and pepper we’re missing. I the beach itself has beautiful powdery white sand however it when we were there the seaweed was horrible. I’m talking about an 8 foot wide swath that was about a foot deep. Also lots of it in the waves and in the water. It definitely prevented us from spending more time in the ocean. The area is very quiet

The xaman-ha condominium has a great location next to the center of playa del carmen, yet very private and quiet. from the pool to the sea is only 20 meters. we lived in apartment 7010, which has very good access to the pool area. the complex is managed by cbp management. we are very grateful to the cbp employee Oscar who was very welcoming.
