The guest room with 2 queens has a Murphy bed that can easily go up and down should you need the floor space for a crib or play area. This condo is perfect for families with kids, couples or friends, coziness enough to be together, yet space to spread out with the 2 balconies and front porch nook. There is one bathroom with a sink and shower and another bathroom with a sink. We find the outdoor shower, post beach, near the pool to be just as useful to get all that Cerritos sand off. (Pro-tip, wipe off as much as possible before trying to use the shower.) A super comfy set of couches to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach. A small desk conveniently stationed to take care of work before you play. A full water filtration system, Smart TV, WiFi, custom blinds, ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning will keep you cool at night.
