Great value for money and Neil is an excellent host: he gave us a great onboarding. Desert houses have their little tricks, so we knew what to look out for from day 1. The house has amazing views of the beach and is just outside of El Pescadero, which makes the whole complex very private and quiet. The house is huge, the bedroom on the top floor is a real treat (360 views of the surrounding area), and internet is sensational for an off-grid house. We worked remote and had no issues dialling into calls. Definitely book if you want to spend a few, quiet days in a house with great amenities.

We LOVED Neil’s place. It’s even more amazing than the photos. The view is stunning and the yard is very private and peaceful. I could have spent the entire vacation laying on the lounge chair admiring the view. It’s a short walk to the beach where I wish we had spent more time. You can feasibly walk to Cerritos beach where we spent a couple days surfing and hanging out. Neil is the absolute best host. So hospitable and helpful with recommendations. We loved all of the restaurants and stores he recommended especially Agricole for groceries and The Green Room for a nice dinner on the beach, whale watching. I am not sure we’ll come back to Cabo anytime soon but if we do, we’d definitely want to stay at Neil’s!

We had a wonderful stay. Neil is an excellent, responsive, and helpful host. The small well maintained clean pool was a big hit with our 3 grandchildren. We marveled at frequent mid- March whale activity while sipping our morning coffee on the patio thru out the week. We loved listening to the ocean waves while falling asleep at night. The young and growing neighborhood felt safe, peaceful, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and clean. The appliances were up to date and in good working order. WIFI and cell signals were very good. The multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms easily accommodated our party of four adults and 3 children. There was ample hot water, and water pressure, for the numerous showers. I could go on and on but by now you get the picture. We would stay here again without hesitation. We are from the USA. It’s tough to generalize but I think it is fair enough to say that this home meets the expectations of people who feel familiar with US type homes.

Absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and peaceful home. Incredible view with beach access nearby. We loved our stay. Neil was very friendly and responsive!
