My group of six had an enjoyable stay at Kerry's place. We had my not so mobile mum with us so the flight of 4-5 high steps were a surprise to us after the place was indicated not to have any. That we were asked to pay for drinking water was also a surprise. We didn't in the end since I "argued" that such necessities should come with the accommodation OR indicate under amenities that drinking water does not come free. Noted too was access to the beach necessitated the use of several steps, again not allowing my mother to enjoy as much as we would have liked. The more mobile of us did enjoy however and the availability of fresh young coconut from the neighbour more or less compensated for my mum not accessing the beach. The place could be improved with safety rails. Albeit for a few hiccups, the place is much recommended as a base to explore east Sorsogon.

We enjoyed our stay at Kerry's beachfront bungalow. Kerry is very responsive. The location is great, the house is clean and secured and the beach is nice. the caretakers were all very helpful. You can even buy fresh seafood from local fishermen.

Kenny and the local house sitter were were very helpful and accommodating. The house was as described. It was clean and pleasant to stay in. Coffee was provided, as well as several choices on how to take it: there was an instant espresso maker, a coffee grinder and a coffee maker. Our first stay, there was no rice cooker, but there was a new one when we came over the second time. It was a great place to stay especially if you have a kid who likes the water. The beach was a few steps away from the back door. We needed to bring our own charcoal as this was not provided. A local fisher sells their catch of the day just outside the house and we were able to order some lobsters for dinner during our first evening there. Overall, great experience, and we’ll definitely choose to stay at Kerry’s place again.
