Cute little cabins! Perfect for a weekend getaway at Orcas island. Very clean, comfortable and close to hikes and Eastsound. The folks at the resort were super friendly and accommodating. Hope to be back soon!

Wouldn’t recommend for a romantic getaway. Not very private and hot tub always had other guests. Pots, pans and silverware were dirty and the pans looked moldy, but I couldn’t tell what it was. The body towels are very small so bring your own…as well as your own soap and shampoo. The shower head height is suited for people under 5’6”, unless you like crouching in the shower. The toilet is for commercial use and is very loud, be prepared. Only 2 pillows are provided, so bring your own. And there are no blankets besides the bedsheets. The bathroom floor also felt like it was about to fall in (my gf was worried about it). The resort provided a bundle of firewood that took me an hour to light (I’ve started many fires), so I suggest bringing your own. Besides that it was great. Sunset was beautiful and the indoor fire was nice once it got going. All in all, way overpriced and would not recommend to a friend.

We always love coming to the San Juan’s during the off season, so we were super excited to find West Beach Resort providing an affordable, private resort experience. The cozy cabins, waterfront views, little store with pizza/coffees, and peaceful atmosphere were all incredibly relaxing. Even better, our furry companion was able to join in the fun! Check in was smooth, and the cabin was exceptionally clean! We really enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and relaxing on the comfy sofa. We also had a great time pretending to be outdoorsy folks as we tended to our nightly fire in the wood burning stove (free wood bundle and fire starter provided on check in)! The resort’s location is ideal with a short drive to Eastsound, and we really loved exploring the nearby hiking trails and relaxing in the hot tub. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and we’ll be back!

Our cabin had a beautiful view and was right next to a great path along the water/beach. They left us firewood and we made a cozy fire every night. It was the perfect getaway. Close to town but not too close so it still felt like a retreat. Easy checkin even though we came after hours due to the ferry. Had everything we needed to cook and a nice big fridge.
