We were very happy with the state at Elizabeth I had a lovely beach theme was very clean and tidy lovely three bedrooms even a sneaky save you from a king bedroom out the window you turned left. Literally 30 seconds from the beach which was wonderful and four minutes from playgrounds in packs and nine minutes from the High Street the river was also super close and lovely. We went to the hope and entire restaurant one street over twice that was gre at too! Awesome location and just a very cozy nice beach themed house quiet and private

Instruction for entry was great. House is on a corner but is very quiet. Spotless in all areas. Milk, biscuits , teabags and instant coffee provided Plenty of hot water at all times - to be honest very hot water … Comfie beds. Wi-Fi did not drop out at all Quick to respond to any questions Street parking which was no problem . Very near to lovely Hythe town , canal and steps away from seafront. Only downsides were : no laundry tabs, no pods for coffee machine , needs new washing line as current one is very lightweight although there is a clothes dryer indoors and house does have underfloor heating. The toilet rolls provided were very thin so got used up very quickly as strangely there were only four of them… It was pointed out that the milk biscuits and tea were left as a gesture of goodwill 😬

The house of Elizabeth was just terrific. It was as cozy and neat as described. Definitely to recommend.

Excellent property. Clean and spacious. Walkable to both seafront and town centre.
