Our stay at this location was fabulous. Brian was so easy to work with and responded to my questions quickly. The house was as described with a few upgrades. The lake was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed with the family for Mother’s Day weekend. The place was more than expected. We loved the outdoor areas and spending time on the dock. We brought our boat and jet ski . Plenty of room for tying up boat and had pads for jet ski. Our little girl loved the dock the most and use of swim ladder at dock with deep water. There was also small beach area with firepit as well as another firepit with chairs at the house. The top floor of house does give a treehouse feeling with all the tree tops around you. Brian was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.

My son was married at the falls, but we didn't want to be in Toccoa and the lake called to me. The grounds were lush, the home was spotless and had everything we wanted, and Brian made us feel very welcomed in his home. The decks and dock were relaxing hangouts. Kayaks and paddleboards were made available and used. Other family members paid more for lakefront but didn't get what we did! They were jealous. Don't pass up Hook, Wine and Sinker!

Great peaceful place . was clean and had everything we needed . Brian always responded very quickly and was very helpful . kids and family enjoyed our time there . Fishing in back yard wasn't too too bad either . highly recommend 👍🏾
