This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it probably won't be our last! The condo was beautiful and a great location. Quick walk to the beach everyday and Samantha had everything needed to spend the day there. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and a wagon to pull everything in. Holmes beach area is central to the island and close to grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. Samantha was very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend staying here!
Great location, spacious and exactly as described. The location is great for families with kids and looking for a semi-private setting. Host was responsive and accommodative. Heated pool is perfect add-on to supplement beach time. Overall recommend.
Great Host, very prompt and caring in your response to us with a few questions. The place is adorable, loved the beach decor and great extras, like a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen has a big island and lots of new pots and pans and amply kitchen tools. Bathroom was big, lots of hooks for wet swimsuits and towels, nice to have 2 sinks. Bed was super comfortable. Pool was great for swimming, had a deep end, and it was warm. Fantastic location in the center of the Island and so close to the beach. The trolley rides are free and easy. Just a 10 minute walk to Publix, a grocery store, and 5 minutes to Walgreens (which has liquor too) Sometimes the key pad for entering was sticky, had to try several times. The ice maker was't working but Samantha is working on that and no light over the stove. I would stay here again in a heart beat and have recommended Samantha's place to others. We were able to store luggage as we were early for check in. Thank you Samantha for everything

This condo was up there as a top airbnb stay for us! Samantha was always quick to respond to any questions pre-stay as while as during. There was more amenities included then what I have ever had at a beach house. It is super duper valuable to not need to pack essentials such as beach wagon, chairs, tent, sand toys, etc. Even a high quality paddle board! Would highly recommend this one! Great central location on the island also!
