The development of Las Villas De Cerritos Beach is a 2012 & 2013 Trip Advisor award winner and a 2016 Certificate of Excellence winner.
The unit is within a multi-phase simple development called "Villas de Cerritos Beach", just up the hill from Cerritos Beach itself. Around are other hotels, individual homes and miles of desert. Development seems to be on the rise, but it is still currently pretty quiet, and my units face out into the desert to the north making them among the most private in the development.
The unit is #45C found within the multi-phase development of Villas de Cerritos Beach. Below are #45A and #45B, which are also rental suites. Each unit includes its own private entrance, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The staff at Villas de Cerritos Beach are available year-round to assist you with your arrival and check-out, as well as any questions you may have during your stay.

With all the exploring there is to do and because of the proximity to town and restaurants, you may want to rent a vehicle while staying in Cerritos. Fox and budget have local offices in Todos Santos in case there are any issues. Eco Baja Tours also offers shuttle service to Todos Santos (ask your driver to drop you at the Cerritos Road at kilometer 64 if you prefer) from SJD (Los Cabos Airport) and La Paz Airport so you can rent a car once you get into town, if you prefer. There are also buses available with a company called "Aguila", with a stop in El Pescadero. Otherwise, you can get a car at the airport or in Los Cabos from various rental companies.
