The bungalow was lovely clean nice and quiet there was everything that we needed with out having to go far and we would love to go back next year

It is a modern semi-detached Bungalow, feels like it’s detached, located in a rural location along a private tarmacked drive. The adjoining property, separated by a Picket Fence, which appears to belong to the owners of the campsite. It is only separated from the campsite by a 6 foot high close boarded fence, so at times, you could be a little overlooked or you can look onto the campsite, particularly the Shop/Reception. At the same time, there is strangely a high degree of privacy. We found that in September the campsite was very quiet weekdays but was much busier at weekends when there was a background hum within the site. We could wander around the very large campsite including its own wood and lake area. We had 2 dogs and we found the wrap around garden via the Kitchen/Diner door perfect as it is a proper secure and large garden, some nice garden furniture is also provided which is undercover so useful even if it rains. ...

really enjoyed our time here, the bungalow was delightful and we spent lots of time relaxing both inside and out,lovely furnishings and everything you could want in the kitchen,thanks Alison

I absolutely loved my short stay here! It was so bright, clean and open. I loved sitting under the sheltered area whilst working on my laptop and the dogs enjoying the sun. As a woman travelling alone, I felt so comfortable and safe. I really wish I had another few days to enjoy such a wonderful place. I'd 100% book to stay again!
