Everything was exactly as described. Location was perfect walking distance to the local things we wanted to do. Apartment and the view were absolutely beautiful and had everything we could ask for. Location was also good for quick excursions. Owner was very easy to work with and sent us helpful information both before and while we were there. Highly recommend!!

Its a great appartment if you have kids. There is lot of things to do- beach, pool, basketball, etc. Very walkable and luquillo beach and great reatraunts at kiosks at luquillo beach with amazing food. Building is nice, people are very friendly and warm.

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for 3 adults. Jessica is an excellent communicator. We appreciated the proximity to the beach!

Great place and location. Is very small, but comfortable for two people. Had all the amenities we needed, and it was very well maintained and clean. The security staff were very friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. The beach access was perfect, is right behind the property and it was one of our favorite beaches we visited. I really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. Jessica was very attentive and provided detailed information that made our check in process very easy. I definitely recommend this beautiful place!
