This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location where there are opportunities to enjoy the bird life, oyster bay for shell fish, crabbing and canoe or kayak adventures. We really enjoyed the house and chincoteague and assateague islands. Perfect house for the family adventure.

Brittany is the perfect place we needed to celebrate a quiet New Year. We loved everything about the house & location..The house was wonderful stocked with anything and everything we needed for the stay! Would definitely recommend!!!

Brittany is a wonderful property! There was more than enough room for our group of 8... 6 adults and 2 teens. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, the living and dining areas were big enough for all of us to be together at one time, and there was room to separate and spread out, too. This was one of the most well-equipped properties we have stayed in... everthing you could ever need in the kitchen was provided, extra pillows and blankets for the beds, extra lightbulbs and batteries if anything went dead, etc. The views out the back were beautiful! We didn't use the outside space much, since we were there over Thanksgiving and it was pretty chilly out, but we could sit inside comfortably and enjoy the views from all of the living areas. The location was great - a nice quiet neighborhood, and a short drive into town. We would absolutely stay at Brittany again!

The house is very functional and has a beautiful view off the back. We enjoyed eating on the back deck and biking from the house to the beach and surrounding areas. Note that the back dock goes to Deep Hole Creek on Little Oyster Bay. This is not really a swimming area (and we are a family used to swimming in ponds and rivers). Maybe you can go in, but it is quite muddy, there are a lot of oyster shells, and it is shallow. We did take kayaks out from here and that was nice. The only place we found for swimming was the ocean. You might be able to swim in the channel (shallow though) or the bay (mostly private access).
