le hôtel est conforme en tous points a l annonce. il est proche du centre historique seulement 10min a pied. le seul bémol c est l organisation autour du spa ou nous avions réservé et a notre arrivée il était complet il nous a fallu une dizaine de minutes avant d avoir une place . après tout était vraiment au top. je recommande vivement.

No complaints, very helpful staff! The room was a bit cold, but I think that‘s very normal in Italian Hotel‘s..:-)

Wonderful hotel with wonderful service. We had some trouble with our car which resulted in us arriving at the hotel at 4am. The hotel staff esas extremely helpful and responsive all night while we sorted out our issues. They proactively reserved a late check-out for us so we could sleep in a bit and held our bags for us the day of check-out. The parking lot has a charging station for EV (very helpful for us!) and was located outside of a ZTL. Overall the service was 10/10 and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some. I cannot rate it highly enough. I’m terms of the location, it was also perfect! It was about a 15-20min walk to the Duomo. There are lots of restaurants nearby. One of the days, we reserved space at the rooftop jacuzzi during the sunset. It had the most beautiful view of the Duomo and the whole Florence skyline. Definitely recommend this hotel!

My wife and I loved the place! The location was great as we could walk to all the main attractions and still be away from all the noise. The place was spotless and beautiful. And the spa/pool area was wonderful and relaxing. But above all, the Jacuzzi on the rooftop at sunset was an unforgettable experience.
