Luxurious lakefront studio with all the amenities. Yours to enjoy is a fully furnished 1,000-sf studio that opens up to a wonderful view and private access to Lake Lawrence. The space is the bottom floor of our home which is completely locked off from the rest of the house. Access is through the glass slider on the lake side of the house. 1,000 square feet of comfortable living and relaxing space including a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, closet area, pool table, fireplace, and 86-inch HDTV with streaming and wifi access. There is a queen size sofa bed and commercial grade queen size air mattress setup for comfortable sleeping for 4 people. We have a private sand-filled beach with wood burning fire pit. Enjoy your favorite beverage around the fire day or night. Kayaks and non-motorized boats are provided for your enjoyment, and there is an exclusive custom built 50-ft dock to moor any boat or water toys that you bring. Fishing is great from the dock or from your boat. We provide information on the best locations on the lake to throw your fishing pole in the water. The water is swimmable and the fish are great! There is an outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your water activities. We provide information on the local area including the best hiking trails for all ages.

This location has an amazing view, it was the perfect private getaway. the host Ray was very helpful and the instructions were very clear. My family and I were very grateful to have vacationed here!
we very much enjoyed this magickal place. Frankly, it was hard for us to leave. Everyone enjoyed it. The kids, Rocco (dog), and myself enjoyed the outdoor elements of their magical spot the most. I slept in front of the indoor fireplace every night 🔥 there's nothing like a fir indoor and outdoor. Every chance I had I spent mornings and evenings outside with Rocco, tea, and immersion of nature 🍵 🐾 🦅 When I could in between the mornings and evenings, I would enjoy the grass under my feet grass 🌱 🐾 👣 and rest on the patios, other sitting areas. We all enjoyed 1 evening of swimming in the lake 🏞️ If we had more time, we would of swam more and used kayaks.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The public boat launch is at the end of the street less than a mile away. There is a public volley ball court within walking distance of the house.
Parking is located on the property and there is space for two vehicles and a trailer (i.e., boat or camping trailer).
