Fish, River Tube, Hot tub and Game room! All in one property! This exquisite 4 season riverfront home has 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. This magical property is 7 acres with 400’ of riverfront. Bellayre beach 15 mins and Windham mountain biking 30 mins. Hike, s’mores by the fire, hang out in the 3 season game barn equipped with a pool table and darts, have a drink in the riverside hot tub. 5 mins to retro bowling and restaurants. NO FIRST TIME RENTERS ID VERIFIED/REVIEWED RENTERS ONLY. Cozy and charming cabin with all the luxuries. 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 bedroom with a full and single bunk bed and a loft with a queen bed. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. 55” Tv with netflix, Amazon. Oculus, Wii, and DVD player. Great WiFi. Lots and lots of games. SORRY ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. KIDS ARE ALLERGIC NO CELL SERVICE. WIFI CALLING ONLY. Please refer to house manual for all home instructions

Great place for a long weekend. Did some fishing, sitting next to the fire and played games with the kids. We were 2 families, 7 in total which was perfect. House is a bit dated but it’s clean and all works. So all we needed.

This place is incredible. We took a quick trip up here from NYC for the weekend and couldn’t have been happier. The home is right on the river and the hot tub and fire pit combo can’t be beat. The inside of the home is super cozy. We had a blast making food and hanging out. 100% coming back this summer. Great pool table/game barn as well!
