We’ve stayed in dozens of rental homes, this is certainly one of our very favorites. Beautifully appointed, perfect location and swift, accommodating communications. Would return in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. It is very tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well-stocked with every device and utensil one needs to cook meals, and there's a large fenced-in backyard. We loved all the outdoor seating areas, including a delightful porch swing. Jennifer was super flexible, letting us check in a couple hours early since we had checked out that same day from another Airbnb. Very good communications during our stay as we had a couple questions about the kitchen that were immediately answered. A/C in the bedrooms a huge plus during an unusual April warm spell. The location is great as you're literally one block away from Middlebury fields and the athletic center but 5 minutes to walk to town in the other direction. I have only great things to say about this house and Jennifer and would very happily stay here again. I highly recommend it.

This is an unbelievable gem in Middlebury. The home is stylish and comfortable, perfectly located, and extremely well managed and maintained. We had the best time and can’t say enough great things about our stay!

Undoubtedly Jennifer's accommodation greatly exceeds what is shown on the page. We traveled to Middlebury for my wife's birthday. My oldest son was taking a course at the City College and we wanted to share with him too. I asked Jennifer to help me with some details prior to our arrival to surprise my wife and children; Roses, wine, birthday cake, cheeses, cold cuts, snacks and much more. Also ask someone to support us with the cleaning of the house and a Chef who prepares a family dinner. Jennifer put us in touch with her Property Manager (Molly) who took care of EVERYTHING. I really have a lot to thank you for your attention was VIP, not only in the quality also everything was delivered at the time I requested. Also the cleaning lady was very friendly and dedicated. A special mention for the Chef, not only for the deliciousness of his food but also for his kindness and additional advantage he speaks Spanish. If I returned to Middlebury, I would not hesitate to stay with Jennifer again.
