Started off decent but faded quick. Our flight had issues and we arrived late. Location was challenging to find but we found it. Drinks in fridge and clean. Upon using pull out it was broke and had to fix it. Not ideal. Motion lights outside turned off and on all night which freaked out my wife initially and then just became annoying. Next am walked the grounds to assess pool situation. Lots of trash, wood, random belongings littered the property. Went to access path to the water and was greeted by a massive mastiff dog which scared the crap out of me. Not cool!!!! Chained to the tree in front of the path. Oh well maybe later. No remotes for tv in bedroom. Deadlock on front door sticks when you try to lock/unlock. Shower had little pressure and warm water at best. Pool was dirty and literally had a piece of trash floating on its surface. No thanks. Upon going to the water found a single kayak rather than the pair in the listing. Patio door would NOT lock. Last straw

We enjoyed our stay and the views were lovely from the pool deck of the main house. The area was quiet and felt safe. The kitchen was well appointed and the ac worked great. The hot water in the shower was hot, but didn’t stay hot for long. This seemed a little odd because there was still hot water for the kitchen sink. Overall we we’re happy that we chose to stay here. We made use of the beach chairs and we don’t mind quiet nights at home. It is about 25-30 minutes from the restaurants in the Grace Bay area.

Everything was amazing with our stay! We came for my birthday and had an amazing time.
