Our family of four had a great time at this cottage. This was our first vacation longer than a few days and we were able to totally relax. The water was great for swimming and fishing. We had nice fires by the water each night and enjoyed the night sky. The lake isn’t very crowded or busy. One day a friend picked us up on a boat and we cruised the locks to the Opinicon for ice cream. We enjoyed the cozy cottage very much and hated to leave! We look forward to returning.

We had a lovely time. It was a quiet and beautiful lake. The place was well equipped and we will definitely rent again :)

Aside from a few miscommunications, which were rectified, my family and I had a very nice time at the cottage. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are tons of outdoor toys. The screened-in veranda was well-used once the bugs came out at night. A beautiful spot on the Rideau Lakes. Recommended.
