Lovely cottage, in great area with very welcoming hosts. Quiet, with all creature comforts. Ken and Jan go the extra mile to make our stays as comfortable and easy as possible, as well as leaving a welcome basket, fresh flowers and treats galore for the kids. Can’t recommend highly enough…

Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting family locally. The cottage was definitely a home from home and offered all the amenities we could have wished for. The welcome hamper was a lovely addition! We will definitely be using this as our base in the future. Thank you to two excellent hosts 😃

it's our second stay at Beech Tree Cottage and we hope to stay again. Ken and Jan are excellent hosts. The flat is immaculate and has all the amenities you would want. It's a short walk to Ainsdale village which has a good selection of bars and restaurants. And 10mins from Ainsdale Station which provides great connections to both Liverpool and nearby Southport.
