It was perfect: immaculate, super comfortable, tastefully decorated, fabulous shower, well-equipped kitchen. Dennis thought of everything to make it a home away from home. The setting was beautiful, private, quiet, and a perfect base for our day trips. Enjoyed our evening wine on the deck overlooking the water, saw four deer, geese and ducks for company. We didn’t get to meet Dennis until our last day because we were out early and back late every day, but he kept in touch via texts and phone calls to promptly answer our questions. He was friendly and personable and has a wonderful place to stay in Nova Scotia. Thanks so much Dennis! Connie and Brian

It was a lovely spot with a beautiful water view, even though we lost power to Tropical Storm Lee, Dennis provided a generator, so it was not a hardship. If we are back to Pictou area we would definitely stay again!

Great little cottage: very fully-equipped kitchen with tons of gadgets, nice shower, comfy bed, right by the water outside Pictou. Dennis is thoughtful and communicative, the pool is great. On the whole, this is a terrific place to stay in the Pictou area.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Clean cottage, beautiful view, heated pool and awesome hosts! It was absolutely perfect we will be back.

Great experience! We were there for a wedding so we didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as we wanted too! It was perfect for what we needed! Pool was warm and clean! House was so clean and had everything there that you could need! Beautiful view of the water! Overall 10/10!
