The hosts were very nice and responsive, however, the place needed some attention. My biggest concern was the musty and mildew smell in the apartment. My whole family had problems breathing at night. For the cost it could have been better equipped and furnished. For example neither of the beds had bed frames, they were just box springs with a mattress on the floor. The bedding was very low quality polyester and there were no mattress covers or protective pillow covers. Mattress and pillow covers can be washed between guests and offer more cleanliness and protection from dust mites, bed bugs, moisture like other peoples sweat and drool. We found a few spiders and silver fish in the beds (both rooms). At night the downstairs dogs dis not stop barking. The street noise was louder than I would have expected because of the bar across the street. The location was safe and walkable and there were nice restaurants in the area.

Our hosts were very friendly and responsive! They allowed us to check in early. We enjoyed the hummingbird who visited the hibiscus vine! The deck was cool and private with a nice breeze. A nice family neighborhood close to many things. Thanks for a great stay!

San Ramon was a nice little town to stay in while visiting our daughter who was living there. We felt safe and the apartment was located in a central area.
